A plastic surgeon from the Atlanta area has been accused of negligence in a medical malpractice lawsuit. The plaintiff accused the doctor of cavalierly dancing, singing and engaging in other ridiculous antics while she performed surgeries on her patients who were anesthetized at the time. In addition, the lawsuit claims that the doctor didn’t have the appropriate qualifications to carry out the procedures she performed.

According to the court filings, the doctor posted publicly on YouTube a video of her dancing and singing her own version of the lyrics to “Bad and Boujee” by Migos. Instead of the normal lyrics, the surgeon sang the following words as she cut into the patient’s buttocks: “My patients are bad and boujee. Building up fat in the booty. My patients are snatched with big booties. We got tummy tucks and BBLs TOO!” The term BBL is slang for “Brazilian butt-lifts.”

This is not all. The surgeon’s assistants often appear in the videos in their scrubs doing backup dancing to the doctor’s vocals. In some of the footage, the assistants can be seen dancing a choreographed routine in unison as the doctor sings and dances to Jennifer Lopez’ song “Booty.” The camera later zooms in to the patient’s naked buttocks. The doctor published 20 videos like this to her channel on YouTube for the purpose of promoting her business.

It goes without saying that some of the surgeon’s patients were offended when they discovered the videos on YouTube. Consequently, there are five malpractice lawsuits currently pending against the physician.

Patients also are claiming in their lawsuits that the doctor disfigured them and caused them to suffer brain damage and infections. At least one of the plaintiffs claims that she died on the operating table and has permanent brain damage as a result.
